These products are provided for in item number 653.94 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States (TSUS). The products covered by this investigation are skillets, frying pans, omelette pans, saucepans, double boilers, stock pots, sauce pots, dutch ovens, casseroles, steamers, and other stainless steel vessels, all for cooking on stove top burners, except tea kettles and fish poachers. Excluded from the scope of investigation are stainless steel oven ware and stainless steel kitchen ware, which are also included under item number 653.94 of the TSUS.

Partial Revocation of Antidumping Duty Order
The affirmative statement of no interest by petitioners in stainless steel camping cooking ware from the Republic of Korea constitutes changed circumstances sufficient to warrant partial revocation of this order. Therefore, the Department is partially revoking the order on certain stainless steel cooking ware from the Republic of Korea with regard to cooking ware which meets the specifications of stainless steel camping cooking ware from the Republic of Korea.
Clarifications
On April 15, 1998, Samuel Shapiro & Company's certain stainless steel Pasta and steamer inserts were found to be within the scope of the order.
On November 13, 1992, William H. Campbell Company's Certain stainless steel eight cup coffee percolators were found to be within the scope of the order.
