Scope Description:

The products covered by this investigation are porcelain-on-steel cooking ware, including teae kettles, which do not have self-contained electric heating elements. All the foregoing are constructed of steel and are enameled or glazed with vitreous glasses. These products are currently provided for in items 654.0815, 654.0824, and 654.0827 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States Annotated (TSUSA). Kitchenware, currently reported under items 654.0828 of the TSUSA, is not subject to this investigation.

No Interest Changed Circumstance Review - Partial Product Revocation (Most Current Action)
The merchandise covered by this changed circumstance review are teakettles from Taiwan. Imports of teakettles are currently classifiable under harmonized tariff schedule (HTS) subheading 7323.94.00.10. The HTS subheading is provided for convenience and U.S. Customs purposes. ....... Thus pursuant to the Department’s determination to revoke in part the antidumping order on POS cooking ware from Taiwan with respect to teakettles, the scope of the antidumping order on POS cooking ware from Taiwan now reads as follows:

The products covered by this antidumping duty order are POS cooking ware which do not have self-contained electric heating elements. All of the foregoing are constructed of steel and are enameled or glazed with vitreous glasses. Kitchenware and teakettles are not subject to this order.

Clarification
On October 30, 1996, Cost Plus, Inc.'s 10 piece porcelain-on-steel fondue set was found to be within the scope of the order.

On August 18, 1995, Blair Corporation's Blair cooking ware items #1101 (seven piece cookware set), #271911 (eight-quart stock pot), and #271921(twelve-quart stock pot) were found to be outside the scope of the order.

On September 3, 1992, Mr. Stove Ltd.--stove top grills and drip pans were found to be outside the scope of the order.

On September 25, 1992, Metrokane Inc.-- "Pasta Time" pasta cooker was found to be within the scope of the order.

On August 23, 1990, RSVP--BBQ grill baskets were found to be outside the scope of the order.
