Only the authorized applicants listed on the APO Service List are entitled to be served with business proprietary information. All parties on this list are entitled to public documents and public versions of proprietary documents. NOTE: SERVICE BY E-MAIL IS PROHIBITED without the consent of the party being served (See § 351.303(f)(ii)).
