Each participant is entitled to be served in accordance with Section 777(F) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, Commerce Department Regulations Part 356 (19 C.F.R. Part 356 (2001)) and the NAFTA Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Reviews. Note: Participants with an asterisk (*) have consented to service of public pleadings by e-mail pursuant to a Consent Agreement on the Electronic Filing, Service, and Communications with the NAFTA Secretariat in the above referenced matter.
