Personal Information Received From the EU: eLoyalty Corporation (“eLoyalty”) receives human resources personal information from its European subsidiaries, eLoyalty (Netherlands) B.V., eLoyalty (Deutschland) GmbH, eLoyalty (UK) Limited, and eLoyalty International Limited and processes this information at its world headquarters located in Lake Forest, Illinois, USA in order to carry out the business’s human resources functions, such as personnel management, promotion, salary setting, and tax work.
eLoyalty has several European subsidiaries, including eLoyalty Europe Holding Corporation, eLoyalty (Deutschland) GmbH, eLoyalty (UK) Limited, eLoyalty (France) S.A.R.L. and eLoyalty International Limited (collectively, the “Subsidiaries”). eLoyalty provides services for the European business clients of Subsidiaries through intercompany agreements. eLoyalty receives information of the European clients given, with permission, to the Subsidiaries or directly to eLoyalty. eLoyalty compiles and processes the information in order to provide data and application hosting, business and other analytic services and consulting services using, among other processes, the ASP model process.

Privacy Programs: eLoyalty has two privacy policies. One policy specifically addresses European Client Data and is available upon request to all European clients of eLoyalty and the Subsidiaries whose information is processed by eLoyalty. The second policy addresses Human Resources Information and is available to the company’s employees in the United States and Europe.
Dispute Resolution: eLoyalty provides an In-house Resolution process whereby European Client complaints will be reviewed by a Privacy Committee Chairperson and then escalated to the General Counsel if necessary. Employee complaints will be reviewed by a Director of Human Resources then escalated to the General Counsel if necessary. Furthermore, eLoyalty agrees to fully cooperate with data protection authorities in the European Union as well as in the United States (including, without limitation, the Federal Trade Commission) and the State of Illinois.
