Personal Information Received From the EU: ViaXpress is a provider of permission-based, email-centric direct marketing programs and eCRM services. Our customers use our technology and services to create multimedia-enhanced ViaPaksTM for transmission mainly via email or via downloads. ViaPaks may contain information, newsletters or offers for merchandise and/or services.
Our customers provide us with and retain ownership of, all ViaPak content and data files (including the intended recipients' email addresses) pertaining to the specific ViaPak campaigns that they originate. As and when our servers execute ViaPak-centric email campaigns we may monitor the transmission of ViaPaks, and/or gather, process, store and report on campaign and ViaPak-interaction data, which services are performed on behalf of our customers and solely in relation to the specific ViaPak campaign(s) that they have originated. Upon request, we may also perform data hygiene, creative and design services, and opt-in change request management services relating to ViaPak campaigns. In relation to each active ViaPak campaign, ViaXpress is or will be contractually bound to keep its customers' and ViaPak-related data confidential.
