Personal Information Received From the EU: We market software that collects, compiles, and produces 360-degree feedback results for a specific individual and for groups of individuals. The feedback results are typically designed for self-awareness and personal and professional development. Our feedback process can identify strengths to build on and developmental needs to resolve through coaching, mentoring, or completion of training programs. Individuals assess their own effectiveness and can be assessed by their primary boss, their direct reports, colleagues, customers and others internal or external to the organization. Individuals and raters can choose not to participate in the process.
We market software that collects, compiles, and produces employee and customer satisfaction data. Respondents assess their satisfaction with a workgroup or the organization as a whole. Results are aggregated for the entire group or organization. No individual responses are identified. Client organizations use this collective data to increase employee or customer satisfaction, reduce turnover, provide additional benefits to employees based on the results.
For 360 surveys, clients provide us with the name and email address of the person being evaluated. The person being evaluated can choose to complete the evaluation process and can choose to provide demographic information about themselves, such as gender, work location, length of service with the organization, title, and function.
For customer and employee satisfaction surveys, clients provide us with the name and email address of those customers or employees being asked to complete a specific survey. The person completing the survey (the rater) can choose to complete the survey or not and can choose to provide demographic information about themselves, such as gender, work location, length of service with the organization, title, and function.
