Personal Information Received From the EU: The Company develops and hosts e-commerce websites used by large corporations to manage and distribute their marketing collateral to their employees and business partners. These websites are business-to-business (B2B) websites and are not retail websites used by the general public. In order to process orders received from these websites, Express Logistics must obtain the user's personal business data as far as how they will pay for the products and where the products will be shipped to. In the case of credit card purchases, Express Logistics uses Verisign and Authorize.net as its transaction providers and does not store credit card information on its servers. Occassionally orders are processed from telephone orders and faxed orders. The products are mostly printed material that is used in marketing departments at major corporations. Express Logistics does not handle human resources information about it's users. The typical information the Company's websites collects is the Billing Adddress and Shipping Address for the products purchased.

Dispute Resolution: It is the policy and practice of Express Logistics to maintain the security and confidentiality of the information it obtains from its customers or for the benefit of its customers and to assist its customers to ensure privacy protection.
It is our resolve to:
1. Comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations and to comply with prevailing industry ethical standards, in the United States and elsewhere. The company monitors privacy issues on a regular basis to assure that changes in legislation, regulation, and self-regulation/peer-regulation are included in this policy and are communicated to and understood by Express Logistics employees.
Express Logistics also encourages its consumer marketing clients to maintain their own name-removal or suppression lists.
2. Develop and implement employee training programs in furtherance of our Privacy Statement, including programs that will train appropriate employees to recognize and to manage consumer privacy sensitivities in a proactive manner.
3. Collect and use data pertinent to marketing and analytic purposes. Express Logistics assists customers in choosing responsible data sources and recommends those demographic data elements necessary for their marketing objectives.
4. Utilize leading edge software technology and systems to develop and maintain sophisticated marketing databases for its customers.
5. Apply security measures to safeguard data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
6. Investigate and research all customer complaints in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the customer. All customers are encouraged to report an infraction of the principles to Express Logistics Vice President of IT.
7. Dispute resolutions include but are not limited to retraining of employees; correcting data processing policies; ceasing the use of the complaining customer’s personal information; and invoke remedies to assure customers of maintaining Safe Harbor compliance.
Express Logistics will utilize the American Arbitration Association as its private sector dispute resolution mechanism.
