This applies to a wide range of imaging, computing, appliances, support and e-services offered by HP. This also applies to post-purchase support. Generally we ask only the minimally required personal data to complete the transaction. We may ask but not require profile information for personalization services. Occassionally HP may contact customers for market research purposes.
