Personal Information Received From the EU: Radiant acts as a Data Processor (as defined in the Directive) for its clients, who act as Data Controllers (as defined in the Directive), with respect to Personal Data (as defined in the Directive) received from natural persons within the member states of the European Union. Radiant processes Personal Data, including human resources data, in accordance with written instructions from its clients pursuant to written agreements between Radiant and such clients. As a Data Processor, Radiant will not transfer Personal Data to a third party without instructions from its clients. Radiant will process Personal Data only for the purpose(s) for which it was intended or authorized.
Radiant acts as a Data Controller for the Personal Data of its employees, potential employees and/or respective family members of employees or potential employees in the European Union. Radiant processes Personal Data from such individuals for employment related purposes and services, including, but not limited to, evaluation of qualification for employment, provision of benefits, administration of salary and compensation, and compliance with legal obligations.

Dispute Resolution: Radiant elects to satisfy the requirements in points (a) and (c) of the Safe Harbor enforcement principle by committing to cooperate with the data protection authorities ("DPAs"). Radiant will cooperate with the DPAs in the investigation and resolution of complaints brought under the Safe Harbor. Radiant will comply with any advice given by the DPAs where the DPAs take the view that Radiant needs to take specific action to comply with the Safe Harbor principles (including remedial or compensatory measures for the benefit of individuals affected by any non-compliance with the Safe Harbor principles), and Radiant will provide the DPAs with written confirmation that such action has been taken.
