Personal Information Received From the EU: MAI (Mondschein Associates, Inc.) and it's employees provide consulting, benchmarking, analytical, payroll, benefits and human resources administration, accounting, record keeping, compliance, time keeping and employee benefit brokerage enrollment and communication services. We use Human Resources Data to process and manage business relationships, place investment contracts and insurance policies, manage renewals, troubleshoot issues and provide customer services to individuals, employers and their employees. We provide these services independently, incidentally and in addition to our role as licensed insurance agents & brokers and registered investment & investment advisory representatives.

Privacy Programs: As our client base in Europe is small, and our transaction volume light, it is most cost effective to self-certify at this time. If our client relationships demand and our transactions volume increase to a level that independent certification is required, we will explore joining TRUSTe or a similar organization to provide independent compliance and certification services.

Dispute Resolution: Any questions concerning the privacy policy shold be (1) if from an Individual, addressed to MAI's Compliance Officer, and (2) if from an employee, addressed to the client's local Human Resource staff. Under Safe Harbor requirements specific to Human Resources Data, the local entity is primarily responsible for employment data and for monitoring the adherence to EU privacy principles. Any disputes must be referred to the local entity and the country's Data Protection Authority. MAI pledges to cooperate and comply with the applicable European Data Protection Authorities.
