Personal Information Received From the EU: FLVS processes personal information for or on behalf of its individual and corporate clients and/or their legal counsel (“Client(s)”) in providing any of the following services: economic damage analysis, intellectual property damages, fraud and forensic accounting investigations, internal and regulatory investigations, restructuring and bankruptcy, business valuation, electronic discovery, digital forensics and/or related consulting services (“Services”). In providing these Services, Personal Information may be collected by the Client directly or by FLVS personnel at the Client’s direction. Also, in providing these Services, Personal Information may be sent to FLVS in the United States by the Client or by FLVS personnel at the Client’s direction. During FLVS’s performance of Services, FLVS acts as an agent to perform tasks on behalf of and under the instructions of the Client.

Dispute Resolution: Any interested persons with concerns regarding FLVS's Safe Harbor policy and its compliance with the Safe Harbor are encouraged to contact FLVS by using the information stated in its policy. With regard to Switzerland, FLVS has agreed to cooperate with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
