WOOL TARIFF RATE QUOTAS (TRQs)
TITLE V - IMPORTS OF CERTAIN WOOL ARTICLES

The Wool Fabric Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) offered a temporary duty reduction for imports of a limited annual volume of two types of worsted wool fabrics to eligible U.S. manufacturers of men’s and boys’ worsted wool suits, suit-type jackets and trousers. The TRQ expired on December 31, 2014.

The Agriculture Act of 2014 (Farm Bill) authorizes a new program for the benefit of eligible U.S. manufacturers of men's tailored clothing, which will be administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS).
