 | China: Tariff Rate Quotas
China maintains tariff rate quotas on the certain textile and apparel goods that are scheduled to be phased-out by 2006. Goods imported into China exceeding the quota levels are assessed at a much higher duty. The following HS subheadings are subject to the tariff rate quotas at the rates indicated:
