If anyone feels that their information has been used in an inappropriate manner, that person should contact RadiusPoint’s Customer Service department at or 1-800-294-8067. The following steps will begin at the point of notification by the person.
1. RadiusPoint‘s Vice President of Operations will be notified of the potential breach to begin the investigation.
2. RadiusPoint will first investigate to determine how the information was used inappropriately and will report back the findings to the individual within 24 business hours.
3. If it is determined a breach has occurred, RadiusPoint will remedy the breach within 8 business hours of determining the cause of the breach.
4. Any employee of RadiusPoint that is involved or has been the direct result of the breach will be subject to immediate termination.
5. RadiusPoint will put into place a mechanism to eliminate the breach for future users.
Should any person’s filing a dispute with RadiusPoint feel that all internal measures to resolve the compliant has failed the American Arbitration Association should be contacted for dispute resolution at
Compliance to these guidelines will be monitored and audited every six months by internal audit groups and yearly by Perrye Johnson Registrars. Compliance to these guidelines is incorporated into RadiusPoint’s ISO guidelines and non-compliance can result in the loss of ISO certification by RadiusPoint. Any non-compliance will be reported in the Perrye Johnson Registrar audit report which is posted on the RadiusPoint website.
We will use the American Arbitration Association for any complaints not resolved internally.
